Elinor Thurman Collection
This collection consists of transcriptions of newspaper articles covering a wide range of social news, obituaries, marriages, and social activities of white middle to upper class citizens of Clarksville. The transcriptions begin with articles from 1840 and continue through the mid 1950’s.
Foston Family Papers
Johnson Family Photograph Collection
This collection includes photographs of the Johnson family. Approximately half of the collection consists of photographs of Christopher Colombus and Maggie Powers Johnson and their immediate family members. The second half are photographs from a 1992 Johnson family reunion.
Lillie Martin's Autograph Book
A small autograph book that belonged to Lillie Martin. The book is filled with signatures and messages from other people to Lillie.
Montgomery County Courts Center Opening Photographs
Photographs of the Montgomery County Courts Center and its opening in 2003. The collection also includes a fax regarding the tile inlay of Lady Justice in the main entrance of the courts center.
Piatt Family Papers
The Piatt Family Papers houses the personal family records of the Piatt family that lived in Clarksville, Tenn. The materials in this collection primarily dates between the years 1950 and 1960, with some materials from before and after this time period. This collection consists of correspondences between Dorothy and Robert Piatt. There are various newspaper clippings, photographs and other items such as receipts, and postcards from the Piatt Family.

It shows Clarksville and the surrounding area, highlighting various features including heavy timber ranges, farmland, and important structures, including Stewart College. It was prepared under the direction of Col. William E. Merrill by Maj. James R. Willett.
